How data is sourced and maintained
Fees, exam formats, and state-specific requirements are sourced from the official licensing board or agency for that jurisdiction, cited by name with a verification date next to the figure. We do not scrape or reprint a third party's compiled table; every row is checked against the primary source directly.
Every page carries an updated date, and this site's freshness policy
re-verifies published facts every 90 days. A page that
falls out of that window is queued for re-verification, not left to go stale.
The statistics page is this site's own original data study: every figure on it is computed at build time from the site's sourced fee and state data, never hand-typed.
