What this site is

Part107 Central is a free, independent study resource for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. It is operated by Urban Algorithm LLC. It is not a training course, an exam, a test-prep provider that guarantees a passing score, or a government agency, and it does not administer or grant any credential.

Not professional or legal advice

The guides, tools, and practice bank help you study and reason about your options; they are not legal, professional, or aviation-safety advice, and they are not a substitute for the official rules published by the FAA. Airspace rules, waiver requirements, and recurrent-training details can change with FAA rulemaking. Verify anything time-sensitive, especially before you fly, against the current FAA source before you rely on it.

Part107 Central is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any other government agency. FAA and other government or organization names are used only descriptively to identify the credential and rules discussed.

Accuracy and changes

We compile facts, fees, and rule summaries carefully and date each one to its source, but the FAA changes its rules and fees, and figures marked pending are not yet verified. We make no warranty that the information is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions, including flight decisions, made in reliance on it. If you find an error, please tell us and we will fix it.

Free, ungated tools

The sectional chart drill, the practice bank, and the renewal-window checker are free to use, with no signup, account, or paywall. This does not change.

Acceptable use

Use the site for your own study and reference. Do not scrape it at a scale that disrupts service, misrepresent it as an official FAA property, or reuse its compiled data in a way that removes the sourcing and dating that make it trustworthy.
